<br />real property for the purpose of extending the City sewer
<br />system on the east side of Tustin Avenue, north of First
<br />Street, and declaring the necessity therefor"

<br />Counci]mau Hubbard, seconxied by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en-

<br />annexation of territory to the City of Santa Ana, des-
<br />ignating an appropriate name for said territory of
<br />'Santa Clara and Lincoln - N.E. Annex' and giving
<br />notice of protest hearing thereon"

<br />and setting hearing date on October 2, 1961, was considered and passed by the fol-
<br />
<br />lowing vote:

<br />fixing the amount of money ascertained to carry on the
<br />various departments of the City, and to pay the bonded
<br />indebtedness falling due, for the cttrrent year 1961-1962,
<br />fixing the rate of taxation for said current year, and
<br />designating the number of cents on each $100.00 for the
<br />various funds of said City and hereby levied on the whole
<br />of the taxable property of said City"
