It Is <br />also consistent with the character and intensity of <br />other development within Hutton Centre. As such, <br />the project represents a reasonable nse of the project <br />site. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Due to economics and personal choice in the selection <br />of housing, substantial home to job commuting in the <br />region would result from any consistent and reasonable <br />use of the subject site. <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />Any remaining unavoidable adverse impacts are acceptable <br />when compared to, and balanced against the facts set forth <br />above and in the Statement of Overriding Considerations. <br /> <br />LONG-TERM AIR QUALITY <br /> <br />A. Impact: <br /> <br />Long-term air quality impacts will be associated with traffic <br />generation as well as stationary sources.
