<br /> where necessary, in Assessment District No. 216, to be constructed under the pro-

<br />visions of the Impmovement Act of 1911, and reported the petition was checked as to

<br />valid signatures and percentage of the area, and it was found that 67.24% of the area
<br />
<br />signed the petition. On motion of Counc~ma= Heinly, seconded by Schlueter and

<br />carried, the petition was received, filed, and the Department of Public Works in-
<br />
<br />structed to prepare plans and specifications to provide for the improvements in accord-

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />Councilman Brewer, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br /> Baseball Club in Orange County, California"
<br />
