TABLE 1 <br />MITIGATION MONITORING PROGRAM ACTI3tl I I1~ <br /> <br />Page 14 of 1£ <br /> <br />Mitil~ation Measure <br /> <br />FIRE <br /> <br />The design of all the structures and parking hots will comply with the <br />provisions of the Uniform Fire Code, the National Fire Protection <br />Act regulation and the Santa Aha Municipal Code. <br /> <br />All buildings will he fully equipped with sprinklers as required by <br />law. <br /> <br />The lighting of all ~he structures and parking facilities will be <br />designed to facilitate emergency response. <br /> <br />The Register will pay the City of Santa Ava Fire Department Area <br />Fee when established by the Fire Department. <br /> <br />Scheduling of construction activity for the pro}ecl will be <br />coordinated with the Santa Arm Unified School District and officials <br />at the Remington Elementary School with particular attention to <br />potential disruption of traffic by construction vehicles, access <br />routes for construction vehicles and noise and dust generation during <br />demolition of the apartments and construction of each phase of the <br />proposed project. When possible, construction activities will be <br />scheduled to minimize impacts and disruptions during school hours. <br /> <br />The Register will pay the school fees required under California Law, <br />at a rate of $0.26 per square foot, or as designated by the Santa Aha <br />Unified School District, of new building space to the Santa Aha <br />Unified School District prior to seeking a building permit for the <br />project from the City of Santa Aha. This fee will be used by the <br />School District to mitigate any impacts on existing schools as a <br />result of the proposed project.
