<br />four parcels located at the southeast corner of Fairview Street and Talbert Avenuei
<br />
<br />subject to conditions. William Sparr, 1901 Blake Street, Los Angeles, representing
<br />
<br />the R. C. Can Ccmpany, owner of a parcel of the property, inquired about conditions
<br />
<br />(i) and (1) and the Director of Public Works satisfactorily answered his questions!
