Wiesmann and seventeen resident~ for a Loading Zone at 1801 North Greenleaf Street. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />CounciLman Brewer, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 61-228 concerning parking limitations and curb <br />markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />establishing No Parking Zones on the east side of Greenleaf Street, between Seven- <br /> <br />teenth and Nineteenth Streets, as recon~nended by the Department of Public Works, was <br /> <br />considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, Royal E. Hubbard <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Henry H. Schlueter, A. A. Hall <br /> <br />The C~uncil having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Brewer, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 61-229 concerning parking limitations and curb <br />markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />establishing 2k-Minute Parking Zones on the south side of Owens Drive, east of Main <br /> <br />Street, reference request of Republican Central Committee of Orange County, was <br /> <br />considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Dale H, Heinly, Bob Brewer, Royal E.
