<br />An Ordinance was presented enacting Section 8305 of Chapter 3, Article VIII of the

<br />Santa Ana Municipal Code to provide an addition of Sub-section C-2.1, Christmas
<br />
<br />Decorative Street Lighting only, to Section l0 of the Administrative Electrical
<br />
<br />Code. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the follow-
<br />
<br />ing Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br />"Ordinance enacting Section 8305 of Chapter 3, Article VIII of
<br /> the Santa Aha Municipal Code to provide an addition to the
<br /> Administrative Electrical Code, known as 'Orange County
<br /> Administrative Electrical Code of 1959,' adopted by
<br /> Ordinance No. NS-493"
<br />
<br />was introduce~ considered and placed on file for second reading.

<br />An Ordinance was presented amending certain Sections of the Business License 0rdi-i
<br />
<br />nance to repeal penal provisions, and on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by
<br />
<br />Schlueter and carried, the following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br />"Ordinance amending Section 6200.55A and repealing Section
<br />9378 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code"
<br />
<br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading.
<br />
<br />An Ordinance was presented repealing Ordinance No. NS-530, which established height
<br />
<br />limitations on buildings outside of the Central Area of Santa Ana, for an interim
<br />period, as an emergency Ordinance, and declared the necessity therefor. On motion
<br />of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Ordinance en-~
<br />
<br />titled:
<br />
<br />"Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. NS-530 which established
<br />height lfmftations on buildings in certain areas"
<br />
<br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading.
<br />
<br />An Ordinance was again presented regulating the operation of food vending and de-
<br />
<br />livery trucks and wagons, and cc~mnunication fr~n Attorney Maurice E. Wright, repre-
<br />senting Dale M. Fickes, Nanager-Operator, Penthouse Executive Club, 900 North Broad,
<br />
<br />way, requesting that consideration be given to said Ordinance. On motion of Coun-
<br />
<br />cilman Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carried, the communication was received, filed,
<br />
<br />and the following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br />"Ordinance regulating the operation of food vending and
<br />delivery trucks and wagons"
<br />
<br />by adding Section 3263, was introduced, considered and placed on file for second
<br />
<br />reading.
<br />
<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of
<br />Comncilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br />"Ordinance No. NS-541 declaring the annexation of territory
<br />designated 'Seventeenth and Mabury North Annex'"
<br />
<br />was considered and passed by the following vote:
<br />
