<br />

<br />

<br />known as 'Orange Empire Plumbing Code - 1961,' providing
<br />for the protection of the public health and safety, and
<br />the qualification and registration of persons engaged in
<br />the business of plumbing, or laboring at the trade of
<br />plumbing; requiring permits and inspections for the instal-
<br />lations or alteration of plumbing and drainage systems;
<br />defining certain terms; establishing minimum regulations
<br />for the installation, alteration or repair of plumbing
<br />and drainage systems and the inspection thereof; providing
<br />penalties for its violation; and repealing conflicting
<br />Ordinances; and amending Sections 8200, 8201 and 8202,
<br />and repealing Sections 8203, 8204, 8205, 8206, 8207, 8208~
<br />8209, 8212, 8213, 8214, 8215, 8216, 8217, 8218, 8219, 8220,
