Hall <br /> Councilmen None <br /> Councilmen None <br /> <br />The Council having unauimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Ordinance entitle~: <br /> <br />"Ordinance No. NS-543 amending Article IX of the Santa Ana <br /> Municipal Code to change district classification on Amend- <br /> ment Application No. 362 and amending Sectional District <br /> MAp 8-5-9 (Exhibit AA 362 C)" <br /> <br />filed by R. G. Holccmb, to reclassify from the R-1 to the R-3H District, property <br /> <br />on the north side of First Street, between Tustiu Avenue and Mabury Street, all as <br /> <br />shown on Exhibit AA 362 C, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, <br /> Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Ordinance entitle~: <br /> <br />"Ordinance No. NS-544 adopting by reference a plumbing code <br />known as 'Orange Empire Plumbing Code - 1961,' providing <br />for the protection of the public health and safety, and <br />the qualification and registration of persons engaged in <br />the business of plumbing, or laboring at the trade of <br />plumbing; requiring permits and inspections for the instal- <br />lations or alteration of plumbing and drainage systems; <br />defining certain terms; establishing minimum regulations <br />for the installation, alteration or repair of plumbing <br />and drainage systems and the inspection thereof; providing <br />penalties for its violation; and repealing conflicting <br />Ordinances; and amending Sections 8200, 8201 and 8202, <br />and repealing Sections 8203, 8204, 8205, 8206, 8207, 8208~ <br />8209, 8212, 8213, 8214, 8215, 8216, 8217, 8218, 8219, 8220, <br />8220.1, 8221, 8222, 8223, 8224, 8225, 8226, 8227,~8228, <br />8229, 8230, 8231, 8232 and 8233 of Chapter 2, Article VIII <br />of the Santa Ana Municipal Code" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes~ Councilmen Royal E.
