RESOLUI'ION 91-03~ <br />-288 <br /> <br />All common areas shall be equipped with closed circuit television camera's. <br /> <br /> LAUNDRY FACILITIES <br />One washer and one dryer for each 20 units or fraction thereof. <br /> <br /> GUEST UNIT SIZE <br />Minimum of 150 square feet, maximum of 220 square feet for one person. A mixture <br />of room sizes is encouraged to accommodate various living styles and to include a <br />greater income range of residents. Uniform Building Code requires guest units for <br />two persons to be over 220 square feet. A maximum of two individuals may share a <br />room and project proposals for double occupancy rooms shall be reviewed and <br />permitted on an individual basis. <br /> <br />HANDICAP GUEST UNITS <br /> <br />One for each 20 rooms. <br /> <br /> STORAGE LOCKERS <br />One storage locker for each ten rooms or fraction thereof. <br />maximum of ten cubic feet, and located in a secured area. <br /> <br />Each locker shall be a <br /> <br />ARCHITECTURAL ~TANDARDS AND URBAN DESIGN <br /> <br />The facility shall maintain the scale, character, and design of the area and be <br />compatible with the surrounding development. Complementary design assists in <br />assimilation of the project into the neighborhood and community and contributing to <br />its success. <br /> <br /> MIXED USES <br />It is highly encouraged that the facility shall incorporate support services within <br />the project when appropriate. This includes business and professional office uses, <br />retail, restaurants, medical facilities, etc. <br /> <br />~ISCEI/~%NI~OUB REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> BUILDING CODES <br />Developments shall conform to all requirements of the California building, <br />mechanical, electrical, plumbing and housing codes as well. as the building security <br />ordinance, Title 24 and applicable regulations of the Santa Aha Municipal code. <br />Interpretation of codes shall be by the Chief Building Official of the City of Santa <br />Aha. <br /> <br /> FIRE CODES <br />Ail residential hotels shall be equipped with a fully automatic sprinkler system, <br />designed and installed per N.F.P.A. Standard No. 13. <br /> <br /> PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY <br />Standard public right-of-way improvements and fees will be required. <br /> <br /> PERMIT AND PROCESSING FEES <br />All City, County, school district and other applicable fees shall be paid. <br /> <br /> <br />
