<br />On motion of Colmc51ma~ Heinly, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the application
<br />of Disabled ~merican Veterans, Jack Fisher Chapter 23, Inc., was granted to
<br />solicit funds November Brd and 4th, 1961, through the sale of Forget-me-not flowers
<br />during their annual fund-raising project.
<br />
<br />On motion of Counc~lm~An Heinly, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the request of
<br />Jack Rouse & Son was granted to conduct an auction on the assets of Scotco DisplayS,
<br />Inc., lll9 East Chestnut Avenue, on November 19, 1961.
<br />
<br />On motion of Counc~lme~ Brewer, seconded by .Heinly · and carried, the claim of
<br />James Leroy Brockman, 2604 West 9th Street, for alleged personal injuries and ~mag~s
<br />due to collison with a Police car at the intersection of West ~irst and King Street~,
<br />in the sma of $733.82 for property ~aw~ge and $~,500.00 for personal injuries,
<br />
<br />including special and general damages, was referred to the City Attorney and
