Attorney Bruce ~mner, <br /> <br />1016 North Broadway, representing Mr. and Mrs. Kelso, stated the property is part <br /> <br />of a large parcel owned by the Appellants and requested approval to construct an <br /> <br />apartment building to contain eight one-bedroom units, with nine parking spaces, <br /> <br />as the area is an apartment area and if the request is denied, the Appellants would <br />be prevented from developing this particular property. On motion of Councilman Brewer, seconded by Schlueter and <br />carried, the statement was received and filed.
