RESOLUTION NO. 91- 046 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-061 <br />TO REVISE THE WATER RATES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />001 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the water rates of the city of Santa Aha were previously <br />established at $0.670 per 100 cubic feet by Resolution No. 90-061 of <br />the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to modify said increase in water rates <br />so as to maintain the current rate of $0.670 per 100 cubic feet until <br />July 1, 1991, and increase said water rates to $0.700 on such date; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to maintain the rate of $0.700 per 100 <br />cubic feet from July 1, 1991 until January 1, 1992, and increase said <br />water rates to $0.732 on January 1, 1992; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That subsection A of Section 1 of Resolution No. 90-061 of <br />the City Council is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />A. WATER RATES <br /> <br />RATE PER 100 CUBIC FEET <br /> <br /> ALL $0.700* <br /> *Effective July 1, 1991 <br /> ALL $0.732** <br />**Effective January 1, 1992 <br /> <br /> 2.
