RESOLUTION NO. 90-061 <br /> <br />169 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89-115 TO REVISE <br />THE WATER RATES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the water rates of the City of Santa Ana were <br />previously established at $0.625 per 100 cubic feet by Resolution <br />No. 89-115 of the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to modify said increase in water <br />rates so as to maintain the current rate of $0.625 per 100 cubic <br />feet until July 1, 1990 and increase said water rates to $0.644 on <br />such date; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to maintain the rate of $0.644 per <br />100 cubic feet from July 1, 1990 until January 1, 1991 and increase <br />said water rates to $0.670 on January 1, 1991; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That subsection A of Section 1 of Resolution No. 89-115 <br />of the City Council is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />A. WATER RATES <br /> <br />RATE PER 100 CUBIC FEET <br /> <br /> ALL <br /> *Effective July 1, 1990 <br /> ALL <br />**Effective January 1, 1991 <br /> <br />$0.644* <br /> <br />$0.670** <br /> <br /> 2.
