No. 1544 C.J.Bonner Co. APPROVED: Madison School, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, Dale H. Neinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen None The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 61-279 concerning parking limitations and curb markings in accordance therewith" establishing No Parking Zones on the north side of Edinger Avenue between Center Street and Gordon Place, and establishing 24-minute parking zones on the north sidel of Edinger Avenue between Center Street and Gordon Place, reference Yerbat~request of Principal, Diamond Elementary School, was considered and passed by the vote: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall Noe s, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen None The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of Counci~m~n Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance reducing the prima facie speed limit on portions of Verano Street, Standard Avenue and EdingerAvenue#' reference request of Principal, Rosita School, was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. Communication was presented from the President, Assistance League of Santa Ana, re-. questing approval and public support of the 13th annual "Christmas Home Tour" on December 2nd and 3rd, 1961. It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinl~ and carried, that the Council go on record as endorsing the "Christmas Home Tour" and the Press be so notified. On motion of CounciLman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the Director of Public Works was authorized to approve a change in street cross-section standard for the cul-de-sac street proposed in the development of the Garden Apartment Developmemt, per Variance Application No. 154k, filed by C.J.Bonner Company; said change involve~ generally a reversing of the park-way and sidewalk which shall result in the park- way being at the outside of the sidewalk rather than between the sidewalk and curb.
