No. 61-276 <br />i!Establish No Parking <br />;Zones No.side 8th St. <br />iibtn Ross and Van Ness; <br />iWest side Ross btn <br />!18th and 10th Streets <br />(United Title Guarantee) <br /> <br /> to fill the unexpired term of Sam Lyons; term to expire July l, 1964. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the claim of <br />Louise Schoen, for alleged personal injuries and damages due to a fall on a defect- <br />ive sidewalk at 423 West Fourth Street, im the sum of $3,000.00, was referred to <br /> <br />the Attorney and Insurance Carrier. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously w~ived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution <br />entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 61-275 concerning parking limitations <br /> and curb markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />establishing No Parking Zones on the north side of 17th Street between College <br />Avenue and Bristol Street; the south side of 17th Street between College Avenue and <br />Alona Street; the west side of College Avenue between 17th Street and 19th Street, <br />and on the east side of College Avenue between 17th Street and 15th Street, and <br />eliminate the east crosswelk across 17th Street at the north leg of College Avenue, <br />as recomnended by the Department of Public Works, was considered and passed by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br /> Royal E.
