Any real property which on or before the date of this <br />Resolution meets either or both of the following conditions shall, <br />at the option of the owner of the property, be subject to the land <br />use and density limitations of the General Plan as it existed <br />immediately prior to its amendment by this Resolution: <br /> <br />(a) Development was approved for the property through the <br /> approval of a conditional use permit or a tentative <br /> subdivision map. <br /> <br />(b) Application for a permit for such development has been <br /> filed pursuant to Chapter 3 of the Building Code; <br /> <br />provided, however, this section shall cease to apply to any <br />development for which a conditional use permit or tentative map was <br />approved if the conditional use permit or tentative map expires or <br />is revoked for good cause, or to any development for which a <br />building permit application expires without issuance of the <br /> <br /> <br />
