<br />Gertrude Place for public use for highway purposes, and dedication of all vehicula
<br />access rights on Raitt Street, except at intersections, and bond in the sum of
<br />$8~,000.00 were approved; Cashier's check in the sum of $1, O00.00 submitted in lie
<br />of Monument Bond and license fee in the sum of $4,000.00 were accepted; agreement

<br />Pendleton Avenue, Secrest Way and Warner Avenue for public use for highway purpose ,
<br />and dedication of all vehicular access rights on Raitt Street and Warner Avenue,
<br />except at intersections, and Lots A and B for public use as street easements, and
<br />bond in the sum of $115,000.00 were approved; Cashier's check in the sum of
<br />$1,000.00 submitted in lieu of Monument Bond and license fee in the sum of
<br />$4~050.00 were accepted; agreement covering improvements and agreement guaranteeir~
