Heinly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Cotmcilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en- <br />titled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 62-10 authorizing execution of Quitclaim Deed by the <br /> City of Santa ^na" <br /> <br />quitclaiming to Robert Arthur Nunn vehicular access rights on the west side of <br /> <br />Standard ~venue, south of Edinger Avenue, was considered and passed by the followi~ <br /> <br />vote... <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard~ Henry H. Schlueter, <br /> Bob Brewer, ~. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Dale H. Heinly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en- <br />titled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 62-11 authorizing condeumation of real property south <br /> of First Street for the construction of proposed Fairview Street and <br /> for the widening of First Street and declaring the necessity therefor" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Boyal E. Ha~TM <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />~bsent, Councilmen Dale H~ Hetnly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en- <br />titled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 62-12 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, <br /> California, authorizing certain of its members to file a written <br /> argument for a City measure" <br /> <br />for the issuance of Water Revenue Bonds at the Special Election to be held Tuesday, <br />March 13, 1962, was considered and passed by the following ~ote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Heinly <br /> <br />On motion of Coun~lman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, proper officials <br />were authorized to execute agreement with Hawkins Signs, Masters Rambler, and Elbe~ <br />I. Blower, to construct a non-electric sign at 1201 South Main Street at McFadden <br />Avenue, which extends over and upon the established setback line. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded bY Brewer and carried, the following Ordt <br />nance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, California, <br /> calling, providing for and giving notice of a Special Municipal <br /> Election to be held in said City on Tuesday, March lB, 1962, for <br /> the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of said City a <br /> proposition for the issuance of Water Revenue Bonds by said City" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of <br />Councilm,n Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Ordinance entitle <br /> <br /> "Ordinance No. NS-560 amending Chapter 2 of Article III of the Santa <br /> Ana Municipal Code relating to traffic regulations" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
