<br />On motion of Coun~lman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, proper officials
<br />were authorized to execute agreement with Hawkins Signs, Masters Rambler, and Elbe~
<br />I. Blower, to construct a non-electric sign at 1201 South Main Street at McFadden
<br />Avenue, which extends over and upon the established setback line.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded bY Brewer and carried, the following Ordt
<br />nance entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, California,
<br /> calling, providing for and giving notice of a Special Municipal
<br /> Election to be held in said City on Tuesday, March lB, 1962, for
<br /> the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of said City a
<br /> proposition for the issuance of Water Revenue Bonds by said City"
<br />
<br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of
<br />Councilm,n Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Ordinance entitle
<br />
<br /> "Ordinance No. NS-560 amending Chapter 2 of Article III of the Santa
<br /> Ana Municipal Code relating to traffic regulations"
