RESOLU-[IO~ NO. 91-103 <br />0 J- 8 Page 4 <br /> <br /> "(ee) An incumbent in the classification Parking Meter <br />Technician who, at the discretion of the appointing authority, is <br />regularly and continuously assigned to serve in a "lead <br />supervisory" capacity, will be paid an additional ten salary rate <br />ranges (five percent) above the current base monthly salary step <br />to which he or she would otherwise be entitled." <br /> <br /> "(fl) The incumbent of the classification Senior Deputy Clerk <br />of the Council designated by Resolution 91-073 as third in command <br />in the Clerk of the Council's Office with full signature authority <br />for the Clerk in the Clerk and Assistant Clerk's absence, will be <br />paid an additional ten salary rate ranges (five percent) above the <br />current base monthly salary step to which he or she would <br />otherwise be entitled." <br /> <br />3. That Section 3.5 (CLASS TITLES AND WAGE RATES FOR SEASONAL <br />AND OTHER UNAFFILIATED CATEGORIES OF PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT) of <br />Resolution 82-110, as amended, is hereby further amended to add <br />the following class title at the hourly wage rates shown: <br /> <br />Class Title Step A Step ~ Step ~ Step ~ Step ~ <br />Police Cadet $6.75 $7.10 $7.45 $7.80 $8.20 <br /> <br />4. That Section 3B of Resolution 91-066 be amended by designating <br /> as "Terminal" the following classifications: <br /> <br />C%ass T~tle <br /> <br />Deputy Director of Personnel Services <br />Labor Relations Officer (MM) <br />Principal Personnel Analyst (MM) <br /> <br />(MM) <br /> <br />5. That a new Section 5.12 y-Ratin~ be added to Resolution 91-066 <br />to read, "In special circumstances (such as involuntary demotion <br />from a position regularly held or reclassification to a <br />classification assigned to a lower salary rate range), the City <br />Manager may approve compensating an employee in excess of the <br />salary range of the classification to which assigned by "freezing" <br />the employee's salary at the current rate. In such cases, <br />incumbents will not receive step increases or current and future <br />general "across-the-board" salary adjustments scheduled for other <br />classes until the assigned classification salary level is equal to <br />or greater than the "frozen" salary. <br /> <br /> <br />
