RESOLUTION 92-026 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> (a) Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle and <br />who resides in a single-family dwelling located within the <br />Glenwood/Spruce Permit Parking District, provided that not more <br />than three permits may be issued at any one time to the residents <br />of any one dwelling unit. <br /> <br /> (b) Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle and <br />who resides in a duplex, triplex, or fourplex, located within the <br />Glenwood/Spruce Permit Parking District, provided that not more <br />than one permit may be issued at any one time to the residents of <br />any one dwelling unit. <br /> <br /> 5. The Executive Director of the Public Works Agency is <br />authorized to establish rules for the issuance of guest parking <br />permits to residents of the Glenwood/Spruce Permit Parking District <br />and to issue or deny such permits in accordance therewith, such <br />rules shall be designed to limit guest parking privileges as <br />appropriate to provide sufficient parking for resident parking <br />permit holders.
