<br />as mailed, on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried.

<br />This being the date set for hearing on the annexation of property consisting of
<br />approximately five acres located on the north side of Memory Lane between Baker and
<br />Towaer Streets, if extended, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and
<br />
<br />carried, the Affidavit of Publication was received and filed. The Mayor asked the
<br />
<br />Clerk if any written protests had been received, and she replied there were none.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of

<br />the hearing on protests against the annexation of territory under
<br />the name of 'Memory Lane and Westwood, North Annexi'.
