McClellan and Sons was accepted <br /> <br />Hearing <br />"Memory Lane and West- <br />wood, Norbh Annex" <br /> <br />at the unit prices and in the total amount of $5,966.90, and all other bids rejected. <br />This being the date set for hearing on the annexation of property consisting of <br />approximately five acres located on the north side of Memory Lane between Baker and <br />Towaer Streets, if extended, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and <br /> <br />carried, the Affidavit of Publication was received and filed. The Mayor asked the <br /> <br />Clerk if any written protests had been received, and she replied there were none. <br /> <br />Reso. No. 62-37 <br />Declare no protest <br />"Memory Lane and West- <br />wood, North Annex" <br /> <br />Hearing closed. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en- <br />titled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 62-37 declaring that no protest has been made at <br />the hearing on protests against the annexation of territory under <br />the name of 'Memory Lane and Westwood, North Annexi'. <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ordinance <br />"Memory Lane and West- <br />wood North Annex" <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, <br /> Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Ordi. <br /> <br />nance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance declaring the annexation of territory designated 'Memory <br />Lane and Westwood, North Annex'" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br /> <br />
