L. Steinmetz was accepted in the <br />total amount of $3,121.40, and all other bids rejected. <br /> <br />A tabulation of bids was presented for the construction of restroom facilities at <br /> <br />N. Ogden Markel was accepted in the <br />total amount of $10,602.00, and all other bids rejected. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 378, filed by <br /> <br />Clark J. Bonner, amending Sectional District Map 8-5-9, to reclassify from the R-1 <br /> <br />District to the C-5 and R-4 Districts, property on the south side of 17th Street <br /> <br />approx~m-tely 385 feet west of Mabury Street, all as shown on Exhibit A.A. 378A; no <br /> <br />protests were received and the hearing closed. The Council having unanimously <br /> <br />waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of Counci!m-n Hubbard seconded by <br /> <br />and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to <br />change District classification on Amendment Application No. 378 <br />and amending Sectional District Map 8-5-9 (Exhibit AA 378A)" <br /> <br />filed by Clark J. Bonner, reclassifying from the R-1 District to the C-5 and R-4 <br /> <br />Districts,property on the south side of 17th Street approximately 385 feet west of <br /> <br />Mabury Street, was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br />This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 380, filed by <br /> <br />Harry Tancredi, amending Sectional District Map 5-5-9, to reclassify from the R-1 <br /> <br />District to the C-5 District, property at the northwest corner of 17th and Wright <br /> <br />Streets, all as shown on Exhibit A.A. 380A, Planning C~mnission recommended change <br /> <br />to C-5 and R-lB, all as shown on Exhibit A.A. 380B, in accordance with announced <br /> <br />East Seventeenth Street Commercial Policy; no protests were received and the hear- <br /> <br />lng closed. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on <br /> <br />motion of CounciLman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Ordi- <br />nance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance Amending Article IX of~ the SantaAna Municipal Code to d~e~ <br />classification on Amendment Application No. 380 and amending Sectional <br />District Map 5-5-9 (Exhibit AA 380B - Modified)" <br /> <br />filed by Harry Tancredi, reclassifying frcm the R-1 to the C-5 District property <br /> <br />bounded on the north by a line 252 feet north of the center line of 17th Street, on <br /> <br />the south by the center line of 17th Street, on the west by a line 322 feet west of <br /> <br />the center line of Wright Street, and on the east by the center line of Wright <br /> <br />Street; and reclassifying from the R-1 to the R-lB District property bounded on the <br /> <br />north by a line 302 feet north of the center line of 17th Street, on the south by a <br /> <br />line 252 feet north of the center line of 17th Street, on the west by a line 322 <br />feet west of the center line of Wright Street, and on the east by the center line <br /> <br />of Wright Street, was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading~ <br /> <br /> <br />
