Hall <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution en- <br />titled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 62-52 accepting deeds where the City is <br /> paying no cash consideration" <br /> <br />frcm Harold E. and Pearl Gribble, for vehicular access rights on the east side of <br />Main Street, south of McFadden Avenue; from United Title Guaranty Company, for <br />street easement at the northwest corner of Eighth and Ross Streets; frc~ Walter R., <br />Avis F., Robert K., and Evelyn E. Elliott, for street easement on the north side of <br />Sugar Avenue, east of Newhope Street; from Justine Realty Co~pany, a Missouri Corp-i <br />oration, for vehicular access rights on the east side of Fairview Street, south of <br />Talbert Avenue; and frcm R. Wayne Harrison and <br />Kathryn L. Harrison in consideration of the payment of $2,000.00 <br />and a Quitclaim Deed from the City of Santa Ana to said J. Wayne <br />Harrison and Kathryn L. Harrison for certain property and authori- <br />zing execution of said Quitclaim Deed" <br /> <br />for street easement on the south side of Warner Avenue, east of Main Street, for <br /> <br />the sum of $2,000.00 and a Quitclaim Deed from the City quitclalming to J. Wayne <br /> <br />Harrison, also known as J. W. Harrison, and Kathryn L. Harrison, the City's interest <br /> <br />in certain adjacent real property, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H.
