<br />and a Quitclaim Deed from the City of Santa Ana to said J. Wayne
<br />Harrison and Kathryn L. Harrison for certain property and authori-
<br />zing execution of said Quitclaim Deed"

<br />the sum of $2,000.00 and a Quitclaim Deed from the City quitclalming to J. Wayne
