<br />Sugar Avenue, east of Newhope Street; from Justine Realty Co~pany, a Missouri Corp-i

<br />Kathryn L. Harrison in consideration of the payment of $2,000.00
<br />and a Quitclaim Deed from the City of Santa Ana to said J. Wayne
<br />Harrison and Kathryn L. Harrison for certain property and authori-
<br />zing execution of said Quitclaim Deed"
<br />
<br />for street easement on the south side of Warner Avenue, east of Main Street, for
<br />
<br />the sum of $2,000.00 and a Quitclaim Deed from the City quitclalming to J. Wayne
<br />
<br />Harrison, also known as J. W. Harrison, and Kathryn L. Harrison, the City's interest
