<br />provides for a monthly "by unit" charge to continue until such time as existing

<br />questing the Council to adopt an Ordinance establishing the entire community as a
<br />bird sanctuary. On motion of Councilman Brewer, seconded by Schlueter and carried,

<br />the Manager was instructed to contact cities with~nthe State as to the establish-
<br />
<br />ment of bird sanctuaries, and action continued until the next meeting.
