On motion of Councilman Brewer, seconded by Schlueter and carried, <br /> <br />the Manager was instructed to contact cities with~nthe State as to the establish- <br /> <br />ment of bird sanctuaries, and action continued until the next meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
