Paxton, for street easements at the northeast corner of Sullivan and <br />Willits Streets, in the sum of $8,000.00 for relocation of the house only~ no con- <br />sideration is being paid for the land; and from Cecil A. and Dwight Birch, for a <br />parcel of real property for Civic Center purposes on the west side of Garnsey <br />Street, north of Sixth Street, in the sum of $16,590.00, $200.00 of which sum rep- <br />resents agreed reimbursement for moving expenses, was considered and passed by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Otsuka, for easement <br />for storm drain purposes on the west side of Fairview Street, south of Ninth Stree' <br />also conveying a temporary easement for the purpose of constructing a storm drain <br /> <br />west of Fairview Street, south of Ninth Street, which temporary easement is to ter- <br /> <br />minate August 31, 1962; from Irma E. Crego, for street easement en the north side~ <br />of McFadden Street, east of Orange Avenue; frc~ Edythe M. Carson, Virginia E. Nis- <br />son, and Marien T. Gramentine, for easement for water main purposes on the west <br />side of Tustin Avenue, south of 17th Street; from The Richland Avenue Methodist <br />Church, for street easement on the north side of McFadden Avenue, west of.
