<br /> Tentative Tract Map 4611, filed by Allison Honer Company, et al, creating 35 new
<br /> lots located on both sides of Olive Street between 21st Street and Buffalo Avenue,
<br /> subject to conditions. GOrdon W. Baldwin, Hillyard and Associates, 122 East llth
<br /> Street, representing the applicant, stated that under conditions "g," "h," and "k"
<br /> the wordfnE should have been "That the subdivider's engineer submit..." instead
<br /> of "That the subdividers submit..."; and questioned whether the subdivider would
<br /> have to pay the drainage assessment fee of $565.00 an acre on Lots 36, 37, 38, 39,
<br /> and ~0, as homes are located on these parcels. On motion of Councilman Heinly,
<br /> seconded by Hubbard and carried, Tentative Tract Map 4611, filed by Allison Honer
<br /> Company, et al, was approved, subject to conditions.

<br />On motion of Council~au Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried~ proper officials
<br />were authorized to execute agreement with the Tubbs' estate providing for the con-
<br />struction of drainage system for the improvement of Tustin Avenue and Fourth
<br />and street construction on Tustin Avenue.

<br /> On motion of Counc~mau Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, proper officials
<br /> License dated April20, 1962,~
<br />were authorized to execute Plpe,Line~with The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Rail-
<br />
<br />way Company for the construction of an 8-inch sewer effluent pipe line at Santa
<br />Clara Avenue Mile Post 17~ + 0793' near Santa Ana.

<br />On motion of Colslcilm-u Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, proper officials
<br /> 18241, dated April 26, 1962,
<br />were authorized to execute Lease~N~j/with the Pacific Electric Railway Company for
<br />
<br />the installation of a 12-inch water main on Pacific Electric Railway Company right-
<br />of-way at King Street (proposed Fairview Street).
<br />
<br />On motion of Counctlmau Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, proper officials
<br />were authorized to execute agreement between County Sanitation District No. 7 of
<br />Orange County and C. J. Segerstrem & Sons, for sale and purchase of the Fairview
<br />Sub-Trunk Sewer~ including a disclaimer of title or interest by the City of Santa
<br />Aria.

<br />It was moved by Counc~m~n Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, that escrow
<br />structions be approved and signed for certain properties and with the following
<br />persons:

<br /> Escrow Instructions No. 329723-WLC, dated May 3, 1962~ with Virgil L.
<br /> and Floren%e B. Paxton, for street easements at the northeast corner of Sulli-
<br /> van and Willits Streets, in the sum of $8~000.00,
<br />
<br /> Escrow Instructions No. ~7670-C, dated April 12, 1962~ with Erma B. Gun-
<br /> ther, for easement over the east half of Jackson Street, north of Camille
<br /> Street, in the sum of $500.00,
<br />
<br /> Escrow Instructions No. 47751-C, dated April 30, 1962, with Cecil A. and
<br /> Dwight Birch~ for property for Civic Center purposes on the west side of
<br /> Garnsey Street, north of Sixth Street, in the sum of $16, 590.00 of which
<br /> $16,390.00 represents total consideration, $200.00 represents agreed reim-
<br /> bursement of Sellers moving expenses, and
<br />
<br /> Escrow InstrUctionsNo~ 328~68-ET, dated April 25, 1962, with Edythe P.
<br /> Walker_and Edythe P. Wc. iker, trustee under the will of Charles E. Walker, de-
<br /> ceased, for real property On the s~hwes% ~orner of Third and Bush Streets
<br /> (Walker's Theatre), in the sum of $60,000.00.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution en-
<br />titled:
