463 Council Chamber Santa Ama City Hall May 18, 1962 7:30 P.M. City Council met in adjourned regular session. Meeting called to order by the Vice-Mayor. Present: Councilmen Henry H. Schlueter~ Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, Royal E. Hubbard Absent: Councilmen A. A. Hall The Pledge of Allegiance was given. Invocation was given by Chaplain J. P. Forsander, U.S. Navy, Retired. Reso. No. 62-92 Authorize issuance SB, 0OO, 000.00 Water Revenue Bonds The Council havtng unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Counc~l-~ Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en- titled: "Resolution No. 62-92 of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, California, authorizing the issuance of $3,000, O00.OOWater Revenue Bonds of said City and providing the terms and conditions for the issuance of said Bonds" was considered and passed by the following vote: Reso. No. 62-9B Direct Clerk to pub- lish notice for pro- posals for $3,000.00.00 Water Revenue Bonds Ayes, Councilmen Henry H. Schlueter, Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, Royal E. Hubbard Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen A. A. Hall The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution eh- titled: "Resolution No. 62-93 of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, California~ directing the Clerk of the Council to publish notice in- viting sealed proposals for $3,000,0OO.00 Water Revenue Bonds desig- nated ~1962 Water Revenue Bond~, S~rie$ A~,' was considered and passed by the following vote: Noes, Absent, .Councilmen Henry H.
