Hall The Council having unaD~mously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion Counctlm-- Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Ordinance eh- titled: "Ordinance No. NS-582 amendlngArticle IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to change district classification on Amend- ment Application No. 389 and ~.~nding Sectional District Nap 7-5-9 (Exhibit AA 389 B)" filed by F. Lavelle Sanders, to reclassify from the R-3 District to the C-5 District, property at the southwest corner of 17th Street and Fairmont Street approx~etely 87 feet of 17th Street frontage and 174.5 feet, more or less, of Fairmont Street frontage, described as beginning at a point on the center line of 17t~ Street where the center line of 17th Street intersects the center line of Fairmont Street; thence southerly, continuing along the center line of Fairmont Street for a distance of 174.5 feet, more or less; thence w~sterly along a line approxtmetely parallel to the center line of 17th Street for a distance of 87 feet more or less; thence northerly along a line appro~_~tely parallel to the center line of Fairmont Street for a distance of 17~.5 feet, more or less, to the center line of 17th Street; thence easterly continuing along the center line of 17th for a distance of 87 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, was considere~ and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Henry H.
