<br />
<br />Avenue, east of and adjacent to the A.T. & S.F. Railway tracks, all as shown on Ex-
<br />
<br />h~its A.A. ~64A and A.A. ~64B; Planning C.'=..ission recomended approval of Exhibit
<br />
<br />A.A. 36hB. On motion of Councilm-u Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the
<br />
<br />c~nication from Mark Andrews was received and filed, requesting this matter,
<br />taken off calendar December 18, 1961, be brought back on calendar, and recommendin~'~
<br />reclassification of the property from the A-1 District to the R-1 District. No pr~
<br />
<br />tests were received and the hearing closed. The Council having unanimously waived
<br />
<br />the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer
<br />
<br />and carried, the following Ordinance entitled:
