<br /> inch water line under the A.T. & S. F. Railway tracks in Fairhaven Avenue, north of
<br /> Santa Clara Avenue and east of Lincoln Street, MP 153 plus 3863.6 feet, near Orange

<br /> Street, north of Eighth Street, in consideration of the payment of $300.00 as agre,
<br /> compensation for removing shrubs and bushes as required for use of said easement.

<br /> The Council having unanimousl~ waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br /> Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en-
<br /> titled:

<br /> "Resolution No. 62-102 accepting deed where the City is paying a
<br /> cash consideration"
<br />
<br /> from Jitsugo and Takayo Motoyama, for a temporary construction easement on the wes~
<br /> side of Ki~ Street, north of Eighth Street, in consideration of the payment of
<br /> $300.00 as agreed cumpensation for removing shrubs and bushes as required for use
<br /> of sald easement, was considered and passed by the following vote:
