(8) <br /> <br />The California State Noi~ .,sulation Standards and the City of Santa Ana require that <br />the interior noise levels for residential land uses be no greater than 65 CNEL. Measurements shall occur at <br />least three times during the first six months of Phase II construction, with results <br />submitted to the City of Santa Aha for review (See MMP No. 31).
