508 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />PAGE 10 <br /> <br />93-046 <br /> <br />11) Signs and high-potential gas <br /> tube lighting, each <br /> <br />$20.00 <br /> <br />Not~ <br /> <br />This shall include all necessary <br />control equipment. <br /> <br />12) Illuminated signs: <br /> <br /> When an electric permit is required for an illuminated <br />sign, the owner shall provide the City a cash or surety bond as <br />described in Section 8-1768 through 8-1771 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code. The amount of the bond shall be established by <br />the Building official, but shall not be less than $200.00 per <br />sign. <br /> <br />13) Swimming pool, fountain, spas $45.00 <br /> <br />14) Above ground spas <br /> <br />$15.00 <br /> <br />15) Temporary power - construction: <br /> <br />For services supplying a temporary <br />power pole, pedestal or piggyback <br /> <br />$35.00 <br /> <br />For a system of distribution and <br />utilization of poles for temporary <br />construction power, each pole <br /> <br />$6.50 <br /> <br />16) Temporary construction lighting: <br /> <br />500 lamps or less . <br />Over 500 lamps <br /> <br />$3.00 <br />$5.o0 <br /> <br />17) Temporary services: <br /> <br />At the time of application for temporary power, the owner <br />shall post a one-thousand dollar ($1,000.00) cash or surety <br />bond conforming to the Santa Ana Municipal Code Section <br />8-1768 for each service meter.
