<br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the Application
<br />of Orange County Council of the Blind and California Council of the Blind was
<br />granted to solicit funds June 15 to August 30, 1962, to improve the welfare of the
<br />blind of Orange County, including the granting of scholarships to high school and
<br />college students.

<br />

<br />Tenth Street, and surrendering all vehicular access rights to Flower Street from
<br />all of said two parcels, was considered and passed by the following vote:
