<br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the Application
<br />of Orange County Council of the Blind and California Council of the Blind was
<br />granted to solicit funds June 15 to August 30, 1962, to improve the welfare of the
<br />blind of Orange County, including the granting of scholarships to high school and
<br />college students.

<br />It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, secouded by Schlueter and carried, that
<br />instructions be approved and signed for certain properties and with the following

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />Council-~ Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the following Resolution en.

<br /> cash consideration"
<br />
<br />from Paul G. and Renee H. Mas%and George L. and Hazel M. Moore, for street ease-
<br />ment over two parcels of real property on the east side of Flower Street, north of
<br />Tenth Street, and surrendering all vehicular access rights to Flower Street from
<br />all of said two parcels, was considered and passed by the following vote:
