The Mayor asked the Clerk <br /> <br />if any written protests had been received, and she replied there were none. Hear- <br /> <br />ing closed. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution en- <br /> <br />titled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 62-112 declaring that majority protest has not been <br />made against the annexation of territory under the name of '~Fair- <br />haven and Cambridge Northwest Annex"" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, <br /> Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of <br /> <br />Counc~l~u Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Ordinance eh- <br /> <br />titled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance declaring the annexation of territory designated 'Fair- <br />haven and Cambridge Northwest Annex"" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 393, initiated by <br /> <br />the Planning Cc.~..ission, proposing to amend Sectional District Map 17-5-10, to re- <br /> <br />classify frc~ the A-1 District to the R-1 District, property approximately 330 feff <br /> <br />by 1300 feet on the west side of Euclid (Verano) Street Immediately west of Robert: <br /> <br />Drive, all as shown on Exhibit A.A. 393A; Planning Commaission recommended approval <br /> <br />no protests were received and the hearing closed.
