That the granting of a variance will not adversely affect <br />the General Plan of the city; <br /> <br />The General Plan designation for this area is General <br />Business District (GBD), which allows for the development <br />of commercial and retail uses. <br /> <br /> 2. Subject to the conditions set forth below, Variance No. <br />92-0008 is hereby approved as to minimum lot size and minimum <br />planter requirements. It is disapproved as to a waiver of building <br />setback requirements. <br /> <br /> 3.
