Schlueter, <br />Dale H. Hein]~y, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />None <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br />Invocation was given by Reverend Gerald S. Cella, Jr., M.D. <br />Ordinance <br /> C.t <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing on amending the Zonin~ Ordinance of 1960 by <br />creating a new Land Use District, proposed to be titled the PCD (Planned C~*-~uity <br />Development District), no protests were received and the hearing closed. On motioz <br />of Counci!ma~ Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the affidavit of publicatioz <br />was received and filed. On motion of CouncNlmau Brewer, seconded by Heinly and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to publish a second notice of hearing of <br />merit to the Zon~BE Ordinance of 1960 by creating a new Land Use District, proposed <br />to be titled the PCD (Planned Coa.aunity Development District), Sixth Draft, settiz <br />the date of hearing on July 23, 1962. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No'. 391, filed by <br />~ret~.e F-,o~i~caid',,PropOSing t~e amend Se~i~aal .Di~st~ict MaP 2~-5-1o, to <br /> <br />reclassify from the R'2 District to the C-1 District, property on the east side <br /> <br />of Greenville Street, measuring from Pomona Street approxfmately 230 feet north, <br /> <br />all as shown on E~hibit A.A. 391A; no protests were received and the hearing <br />closed. The COUncil having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on <br /> <br />motion of Councilman Brewer, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Ordin- <br /> <br />ance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa AnaMunicipal Code <br /> to change district classification on Amendment Application <br /> No. 391 and amending Sectional District Map 23-5-10 (Exhibit <br /> AA 391B)" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />Councilman Heinly disqualified himself on the following matter. This being the <br /> <br />date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 392, filed, by Louis J. Cella, <br />Jr., M.D., proposing to amend Sectional District Map'2~-5-io~ to reclassify from <br />the R-2 District to the R-3H District property on the east side of Sycamore <br /> <br />Street from Wilshire Avenue approximately 265 feet south, all as shown on Exhibit <br /> <br />A.A. 392A; no protests were received and the hearing closed. The Council having <br /> <br />u~auimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of Councilman Hubbard <br /> <br />amend- <br /> <br /> <br />
