Hubbard to make a change to a terminal location that they be granted time to advertise the cha~ge of terminal locatica, and the Company is prepared to make such a change if the Council so wishes. A. L. R~m!rez~ 600 North Main Street, presented a letter signed by Ernest Win- bigler, Trustee of the Estate of Maude N. Winbigler, deceased, the major owner of the properties known as 601 to 609 inclusive, c~ North Main Street, protesting the grantimg of permanent parking facilities to a Transportation Ccm~ny along the curb fro~ting East Sixth Street, at the corner of East Sixth and North Main Streets. On motion of Council- man Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the c~m~,micatic~ w~s received and filed. ~r. P~mirez objected to the granting of curb space to the Airport Coach Service, stating the parking spaces should be available for the business houses in the area. It was moved by Councilman Neinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, that a record be cast upon the Minutes indicating to the Manager and the Director of Public Works that this Council approves a loading zone o~ the north side of Sixth Street east of Main Street for a per- iod not to exceed sixty days, allowing the Airport Coach Service time to establish a teminal within the City. The Council having unanLmously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Council man Hubbard, seconded by Neinly and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution No. 62-142 concerning parking limitations and curb markings in accordance therewith" establishing a '2~-m~uute parking zone on the West side of North Broadway between Fourth and Fifth Streets, reference request of D. E. Mendenhall, Manager, Santa Aha Civic Center Branch, Bank of America, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen: Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. N~ll Noes, Councilmen: Hone Absent, Councilmen: Hone On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, Counci!m~u Royal E. Hubbard was granted permission to leave the State to attend the 1962 American Municipal Congress, American Municipal Association, to be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, A,,ugust 25 through 30, 1962, with expenses to be paid by the City.
