<br /> filed by John N, Galbraith, Bernard W. Flagg and Lillian R. Jarvis, for the dedica-
<br /> tion for public use 2or highway purposes, Edinger Avenue, Pacific Avenue, Stanford
<br /> Street, and Pomona Street, and all vehicular access rights to Edinger Avenue,
<br /> except at street intersections and a 5 foot drainage easement along the south line
<br /> of Lot 24, and Improvement Bond in the sum of $26,250.00 and Monument Bond in the
<br /> sum of $800.00 were approved, license fee in the sum of $1,200.00 accepted and
<br /> agreement covering improvements ordered signed.

<br />It was moved by Councilmau Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, that escrow
<br />instructions No. 47974-C, dated June 22, 1962, be approved and signed with Milton
<br />E. and Donna J. Taylor, in the sum of $37,350.O0'for real property located on the
<br />north side of Edinger Avenue, west of Sycamore Street, and amendment to instruction
<br />No. 4797~-C. dated July 13, 1962, stating the actual total amount of tenants deposi'
<br />held by seller at close of escrow will depend upon any rental changes prior to
<br />close of escrow, and is to be adjusted at close of escrow on the basis of statement
<br />furnished escrow holder by Ma-ager on behalf of seller; Seller agrees to be
