Hall <br />Bob Brewer <br />None <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously w~ived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution <br /> <br />entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 62-138 accepting deed where the <br />City is paying a cash consideration" <br /> <br />from Milton E. and Donna J. Taylor, for a parcel of real property on the Northwest <br /> <br />corner of Edinger and Sycamore Streets, in consideration of $37,350.00, was con- <br /> <br />sidered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen: Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, <br /> Dale H. Heinly, A. A.
