Attorney Clark Miller, 1802 Santiago <br /> Avenue, stated the property owners on Santiago Avenue object to this rezoning as <br /> it will be an encroachment on a single family area and would make the c~m~ercial <br /> zoning too far north on Santiago Avenue. Eleanor R. Grand, 2417 Oakmont Street, <br /> requested a postponement in the rezoning of the property until such time as Mr. <br /> Rohrs develops his property.
