RESOLUTION 93-090 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />187 <br /> <br />Washington Avenue is referred to as the "French Park Neighborhood;" <br />and that part of the District north of Seventeenth Street is <br />referred to as the "Santa Ana Triangle Neighborhood." <br /> <br /> 2. Permit parking restrictions shall apply to all portions <br />of the French Court Neighborhood not excluded by section 1 of this <br />Resolution. Permit parking restrictions shall apply to those <br />portions of the French Park Neighborhood and the Santa Ana Triangle <br />Neighborhood as are determined to be in need of such restrictions <br />by the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency. The <br />Executive Director is authorized to post appropriate signs giving <br />notice of permit parking restrictions in those portions of the <br />District where permit parking restrictions apply. <br /> <br /> 3. No person shall park any vehicle between the hours of <br />12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any portion of any street within the <br />District as to which signs have been erected indicating the <br />application of permit parking restrictions, except persons who are <br />entitled to a permit to park on such street or portion thereof <br />pursuant to this resolution and who display such permit in <br />accordance with section 36-488(a) of the Santa Aha Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> 4. Persons entitled to a permit to park in locations subject <br />to permit parking restrictions pursuant to this resolution include <br />and are limited to the following: <br /> <br /> (a) Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle and <br />who resides in a single-family dwelling located on a lot in the <br />District which does not have more than one dwelling unit located on <br />it, provided that not more than three permits may be issued at any <br />one time to the residents of any one such dwelling unit. <br /> <br /> (b) Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle <br />and who resides in a multi-family dwelling located on any lot in <br />the District which does not have more than four dwelling units <br />located on it, provided that not more than one permit may be issued <br />at any one time to the residents of any one such dwelling unit. <br /> <br /> 5. The Executive Director of the Public Works Agency is <br />authorized to establish rules for the issuance of guest parking <br />permits to residents of the District and to issue or deny such <br />permits in accordance therewith. Such rules shall be designed to <br />limit guest parking privileges as appropriate to provide sufficient <br />parking for resident parking permit holders. Such rules may be <br />revised from time to time as circumstances require. <br /> <br /> <br />
