RESOLUTION NO. <br />Exhibit A <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />93-094 <br /> <br />Amendment Application No. <br />December 6, 1993 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />1063/Variance No. 93-5 <br /> <br />2O5 <br /> <br />Conditions for Approval <br /> <br />Should Amendment Application No. 1063 and Variance No. 93-5 be approved, the project <br />must comply with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the <br />California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and <br />all other applicable regulations. In addition, it shall meet the following: <br /> <br />A. Planninq Division <br /> <br />A minimum of half of the required trees along Walnut Street shall be <br />upgraded in size from 24 inch box to 36 inch box trees. <br /> <br />2. All perimeter security gates shall remain open during business hours. <br /> <br />The site shall be developed in accordance with site plan review DP No. <br />93-41. <br /> <br />The perimeter security fencing shall satisfy minimum Police Department <br />security standards while including an upgraded decorative design. <br /> <br />There shall be no posting of signs or banners, temporary or permanent, <br />on the perimeter security fence. <br /> <br />B. Buildinq Department <br /> <br />The project owner/developer shall designate a contact person who has <br />the authority to act on behalf of the owner to coordina%e and provide <br />consistency for all of the plans required for the project including <br />landscaping, grading, pedestrian protection, architecture, structural, <br />electrical, mechanical and plumb£ng. Note on the drawings contact <br />person's name, position, business address, and telephone number. <br /> <br />C. Public Works Aqeucy <br /> <br />1. Prior to issuance of utility release: <br /> <br />Process, receive City Council approval and record the abandonment <br />of the area at the corner of First Street and Walnut Street <br />between the existing 50'-0" radius property line and the back of <br />existLng sidewalk. <br /> <br />Modify the existing traffic signals at F£rst Street and Townsend <br />Street per approved traffic signal plans. <br /> <br /> <br />
