Close the existing easterly drive approach with sidewalk, curb and gutter per approved improvement plan on First Street. Construct a new drive approach per City Standard #1112, Case 1, W=28'. A=44', X=4' per approved improvement plan on Walnut Street. Relocate the existing "No Stopping--Street Sweeping" sign out of the path of the proposed drive approach per approved improvement plans on Walnut Street. Remove the existing 1'-0" wide asphalt patch across the sidewalk adjacent to the existing street light located midpoint along the property's parkway and replace with concrete per approved improvement plan on Walnut Street. Construct street tree wells and plant minimum 24-inch box trees per City Standard #1124 on First and Walnut Streets at locations £n accordance with approved improvement plans. Close two existing Walnut Street driveways with curb and sidewalk per approved improvement plan. Relocate crosswalk striping per approved signal and striping plan. Close existing wheelchair ramp on First Street with curb and sidewalk per approved improvement plan. Construct a new wheelchair ramp per approved improvement plan. Modify existing pedestrian push button bases on First Street as required per approved signal and striping plan. Restripe existing striped medtan on First Street per approved signal and striping plan.
