Report - Traffib <br />Devices Installed <br />or Removed <br /> <br />Reso. No. 62-160 <br />Traffic Regulations <br /> <br />Request <br />Traffic Control <br />John Adams PTA <br /> <br />Reso. No 62-161 <br />Reaffirming Reso. <br />No 60-77 <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the Manager's report, <br />"Traffic Control Devices Installed or Removed by Departmental Traffic Order during the <br />period July 19 through August 2, 1962" was received and filed. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 62-160 concerning traffic re~ations" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the follow~n~ vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen: Royal E. Hubbard, HenrY H. Schlueter, <br /> Dale H. Heinly, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen: None <br />Absent: Councilmen: None <br /> <br />Request of Mrs. Frederick E. Gladle for John Adam~ PTA for traffic control measures nea~ <br />John Adams School was considered. Mrs. Frederick E. Gladle, 1928 Center Street, spoke <br />regarding the need for such devices. Mr. Reginald Glahn, 2058 South Rene. Drive, com- <br />plained that because of the seven foot wall at this corner, it was difficult to gain <br />access to Warner Street. Mrs. Helen Mudd, 1505 South Forest, stated that this matter <br />should be checked into further. On motion of Counc~lm-~ Hubbard, seconded by Heinly <br />and carried, the matter was continued for further investigation until the meeting of <br />August 20. <br /> <br />Oounci!mau Heinly read in l~ll Resolution 62-161, entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 62-161 reaffirming the intent and spirit expressed in <br /> Resolution No. 60-77, adopted April 18, 1960," <br /> <br />copy of which is attached in full. <br /> <br /> (See page ~7) <br /> <br /> <br />
