Bids to be opened September 4, 1962. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, statement advising the <br /> <br />valid signatures on Assessment District No. 226 for sanitary sewers in the area of West <br /> <br />Street, north of Hazard Street, Tract No. 1830, were checked against current tax rolls <br /> received and filed and referred for necessary processing. <br />and the valid signatures represented 65.034% of the total area in the District, was/ <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, request for two 24 <br /> <br />minute parking stalls on the east side of Broadway between Tenth Street and Washington <br /> <br />Avenue initiated by Norman M.
