The City will install a pedestrian barrier in the proposed median on <br /> M~in Street b~tween the new Main/McFadden intersection and <br /> Ru,~eil Avenue. <br /> <br />3. The City will: 1) create a new access gate at the ~outhw~$t comer of <br /> Main Str~xt and West McFadden; 2).leave in place the existing <br /> pedestrian opening on the vteat side of Main Street directly acro~ <br /> from East McFadden Street; and 3) improve the existing pedestrian <br /> aece~ ~ate at the northwest comer of Main/Russell Street. <br /> <br />Nois~ <br /> <br />4-1 Noiae attenuation will be provided as part of the project for the existing <br /> residenc~ represeaated by t~eptor~ NR1, NR2, and the residence west of <br /> NR1.
