Gannon creating two parcels <br />located on the west side of Mabury Street, approximately 200 feet south of 17th <br />street~ was approved s~ject to all conditions recommended by the Planning Commis- <br />sion, with the exception that the subdivider be required to pave only to the center <br />line of the street. <br /> <br />FINAL TRACT MAP 4745 <br />CA-24 <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Brewer, seconded by Councilman Gilmore and carried~ Final <br />Tract Map 4745 filed by Hacienda Gardens Development Company, Inc., offering for <br />dedication certain streets, was approved subject to all conditions and the filing <br />of appropriate agreements, bonds and license fees. <br /> <br />LEASE - ORANGE CO. <br />SANITATION DISTRICTS <br />ilOh WEST 8th <br /> <br />~reement <br /> <br />(~0n motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Brewer and earried, Council <br />authorized execution of a lease between County Sanitation Districts Nos. l, 2, 3~ <br />5, 6, 7, 8 and ll of Orange County and the City of Santa Ana for space at ll04 West <br />8th Street from October l, 1962 to September 30, 1963. <br /> <br />DRAINAGE AGREEMENT <br />FOUNTAIN VALLEY <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Brewer and. carried, Council <br />received and referred to the City Manager for further investigation a proposed <br />agreement between the City of Fountain Valley and the City of Santa Ana for the <br />collection of drainage fees. <br /> <br />RESOL~fION NO. 62-±75 <br />DETERMINING WAGE RATES <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 2!.8 <br />CA-90 <br />CA-lO5 <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard pointed out that the last adoption of a resolution determining <br />the prevailing wages to be paid in connection with public works and improvements <br />was in 1960 and that a review of such rates should be made. The Council having <br />before it the prevailing wage rates in the six basic trades and the subtrades and <br />having considered the prevailing wages paid in the City of Santa Ana, and such rates <br />as have been predetermined for Federal public works within the locality and having <br />considered their application to public works and improvements constructed in the <br />City of Santa Ana. Mayor Hall introduced by title "RESOLUTION NO. 62-175. RESO~- <br />TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, ASCERTA/NINGAND <br />DETERMINING THE PREVAILING RATE OF WAGES TO BE PAID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN <br />IMPROVEMENTS IN HARBOR BOULEVARD AND CERTAIN OTHER STRoll'S, ALLEYS ANDEASEMENTS IN <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 218 IN SAID CITY ANDALSO TO APPLY TO SUBSEQUENT PUBLIC <br />WORKS AND IMPROV]~[ENTS UNTIL THE AMENDMENT OR REVOCATION OF THIS RESOLUTION," It <br />was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Brewar, that further reading <br />~e waived and Resolution No. 62-175 be adopted.
