PARKING STALLS On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried~ I~RCULES CONSTR. CO. CA-21 proposed development plans submitted by the Hercules Construction Company for 72 parking stalls was approved as recommended by the Planning Commission. PRELIM. FINAL TRACT MAP 4745 CA-24 On motion of Councilman Brewer, seconded by Councilman Gilmore and carried~ Final Tract Map 4745 filed by Hacienda Gardens Development Company, Inc., offering for dedication certain streets, was approved subject to all conditions and the filing of appropriate agreements, bonds and license fees. LEASE - ORANGE CO. SANITATION DISTRICTS ilOh WEST 8th ~reement (~0n motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Brewer and earried, Council authorized execution of a lease between County Sanitation Districts Nos. l, 2, 3~ 5, 6, 7, 8 and ll of Orange County and the City of Santa Ana for space at ll04 West 8th Street from October l, 1962 to September 30, 1963. DRAINAGE AGREEMENT FOUNTAIN VALLEY On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Brewer and. carried, Council received and referred to the City Manager for further investigation a proposed agreement between the City of Fountain Valley and the City of Santa Ana for the collection of drainage fees. RESOL~fION NO. 62-±75 DETERMINING WAGE RATES ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 2!.8 CA-90 CA-lO5 Councilman Hubbard pointed out that the last adoption of a resolution determining the prevailing wages to be paid in connection with public works and improvements was in 1960 and that a review of such rates should be made. The Council having before it the prevailing wage rates in the six basic trades and the subtrades and having considered the prevailing wages paid in the City of Santa Ana, and such rates as have been predetermined for Federal public works within the locality and having considered their application to public works and improvements constructed in the City of Santa Ana. Mayor Hall introduced by title "RESOLUTION NO. 62-175. RESO~- TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, ASCERTA/NINGAND DETERMINING THE PREVAILING RATE OF WAGES TO BE PAID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN HARBOR BOULEVARD AND CERTAIN OTHER STRoll'S, ALLEYS ANDEASEMENTS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 218 IN SAID CITY ANDALSO TO APPLY TO SUBSEQUENT PUBLIC WORKS AND IMPROV]~[ENTS UNTIL THE AMENDMENT OR REVOCATION OF THIS RESOLUTION," It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Brewar, that further reading ~e waived and Resolution No. 62-175 be adopted.
