Approved backflow protection shall be <br />installed by your contractor and the cost will vary depending on size <br />and type of device required, and complexity of the installation. <br /> <br />Install double sided "Exit Only - Do Not Enter / Right Turn Only" <br />signage at the drive approach's northerly "W" on G~and Avenue per City <br />Standards and approved improvement plan. <br /> <br />Install "Exit Only - Do Not Enter" signage <br />southerly "W" on Grand Avenue per City <br />improvement plan. <br /> <br />at the drive approach's <br />Standards end approved <br /> <br />Should the developer choose to start building construction prior to the <br />required street improvements, the developer must provide the public <br />works agency with a cash deposit of $13,040.00 to quarantee the <br />completion of the required improvements. <br /> <br />The cash deposit shall be refunded after the improvements have been <br />satisfactorily completed, and the street work permit has been signed <br />off by the Public Works Agency's Construction Inspector. <br /> <br /> <br />
