Approved backflow protection shall be installed by your contractor and the cost will vary depending on size and type of device required, and complexity of the installation. Install double sided "Exit Only - Do Not Enter / Right Turn Only" signage at the drive approach's northerly "W" on G~and Avenue per City Standards and approved improvement plan. Install "Exit Only - Do Not Enter" signage southerly "W" on Grand Avenue per City improvement plan. at the drive approach's Standards end approved Should the developer choose to start building construction prior to the required street improvements, the developer must provide the public works agency with a cash deposit of $13,040.00 to quarantee the completion of the required improvements. The cash deposit shall be refunded after the improvements have been satisfactorily completed, and the street work permit has been signed off by the Public Works Agency's Construction Inspector.
