The <br />remediation operation shall not interfere with parking or circulation <br />on this sits. <br /> <br />The site shall be resurfaced and res=riped to City Standards. <br /> <br />Due to potential noise impacts upon the adjacent residential property, <br />all vacuuming of vehicles shall take place within the existing car wash <br />building as shown on the site plan. <br /> <br />D. police Department <br /> <br />The new detail bays shall be equipped with sliding according style <br />security gates or other style approved by the Police Department and <br />Planning Division. <br /> <br />All existing structures and parking lots must comply with the <br />provisions of Chapter 8, Article Il, Division 3 of the Santa Asa <br />Municipal Code (Building Security Ordinance). These code conditions <br />will require that the existing project's lighting, door/window locking <br />devices and addressing be upgraded to current code standards.
