RESOLUTION 95-024 <br /> <br />measures shall be implemented as a part of the project <br />construction. <br /> <br />Population and Housing <br /> <br />Sianificant Effect <br /> <br />Future additional development in the Project Area could indirectly <br />increase the City's population and demand for housing in the City. <br /> <br />Finding <br /> <br />Changes or alterations have been required in, or <br />incorporated into, the project which avoid or <br />substantially lessen the significant environmental <br />effect identified in the Final EIR. <br /> <br />Facts in Summort of the Findina <br /> <br />The significant effect has been substantially lessened to the <br />extent feasible by virtue of the following mitigation measures <br />identified in the Final EIR and incorporated into the project. <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana shall be responsible for monitoring <br />development project impacts and implementing a mitigation <br />monitoring program as required to achieve a more balanced <br />jobs/housing ratio. <br /> <br />me <br /> <br />All future development projects shall be evaluatmd for <br />potential job/housing balance impacts a development may have <br />on the city of Santa Ana and the region. <br /> <br />The Community DeveloDment Agency shall use its set-aside tax <br />increment revenue of 20 percent as required by redevelopment <br />law to assist low and moderate income families in securing <br />affordable housing in the city. <br /> <br />SIGNIFIC~%NT ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS WHICH CANNOT BE ~VOIDED IF <br />THE PROJECT IS IMPLEMENTED <br /> <br />Traffic and Circulation <br /> <br />Significant Effect <br /> <br />The implementation of the Plan could result in additional <br />development that would generate traffic that could further impact <br />intersections that operate at unacceptable levels of service. <br />Additional traffic could also impact intersections that operate at <br />acceptable levels of service. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />
